Beauty and Skincare Favorites

Hello loves! I hope this cold season is treating you well. I’ve been busy preparing for both the holidays and my upcoming trip to China. So busy, in fact, that I seemed to completely forget to take care of my skin! I looked in the mirror this morning (for the first time in what felt like weeks) and was shocked by what I found. My skin was dry, dull, and in need of some TLC. Naturally, I dug through my products and found a good mask to wake my skin up. While I was digging, though, I was reminded of all of my favorite products that I have yet to share with you all! I gathered all of my must haves, sat down with my laptop, and am now writing this post for you, dear reader. So, without further ado, lets get into the products!

Origins Checks and Balances Face Wash:

I’ve been using this product for as long as I can remember, and I haven’t switched because it’s just that good! It cleans my skin without drying it out in this harsh cold season. Plus, it applies frothy and soft, so you feel like you’re at a spa when you use it. You can purchase it here.

United State Balancing Tonic:

My favorite toner is also from Origins! The United State Balancing Tonic is my main weapon against acne. This stuff clears out your pores without drying your skin out. It also works well as a makeup remover! You can get a bottle here.

Provence Beauty Damage Repair Oil:

Recently, I’ve moved to using a facial oil as a moisturizer. I have dry skin, so this doesn’t make me break out. In fact, it keeps my skin looking dewy and glowing! I have had far less dry spots this season because I’ve been using this facial oil religiously. You can get a bottle here.

Ultra Repair Pure Mineral Sunscreen:

Even though it is no longer warm outside, it is still so important to wear sunscreen! I feel like this step in beauty routines is often overlooked, particularly in this weather. However, sun damage still exists when it’s chilly outside. I love this sunscreen in particular because it doesn’t feel sticky and gross like some sunscreens do. Goop Exfoliating Instant Facial:

After realizing my skin was dull, I grabbed the Goop Exfoliating Instant Facial to brighten my skin up! It is a bit pricey, but you only need a little bit for each use. It makes my skin glow, which is something I need desperately lately! I love masks in general, as they give me an excuse to relax and treat myself. You can buy this mask here.

NARS Illuminator:

On mornings where I’ve hit the snooze button one too many times and am running late, I love using my NARS Illuminator to brighten up my face. I use it in the place of blush and highlighter, and it works magic! It makes me look awake until the coffee kicks in. The one I have is in the color Orgasm. You can buy your own here.

FENTY Gloss Bomb:

My absolute favorite lip gloss has to be the Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer. It brightens up my face and makes my lips pop! I use the color Fenty Glow, which has a nice nude/pink tint. I will definitely be repurchasing this gloss! You can get your own here.
